Not an exaggeration, even Chaitu and Akhil standing besides Nag were paled off.

‘Birds of a feather flock together’ and this adage seems to hold good in the Tollywood circuit. Atleast, for two men who are hailed as the key intellects of the new age Telugu cinema. We are talking about the duo of S S Rajamouli and Trivikram Srinivas and here is something common among both.
 
Well, they are adopting the same style in their appearance. Both Rajamouli and Trivikram are seen sporting a beard with white strands of hair. In an industry where glamour is everything, they are setting a new trend. Those who are watching all this are saying in a lighter vein that these are two Raghavendra Raos in making.
 
Of course, the duo doesn’t do much with ‘Batthai Pallu’ and heroines navels but the comparison is being made purely on physical aspects. The good thing about all this is, both Rajamouli and Trivikram are perfect examples for dedication and passion towards the art of making cinema and stuff like beard is nothing considering their visions.

Anushka Is Real Daredevil

The best and highest compliment that a heroine can receive is based on her beauty, glamour quotient and sex appeal. But it looks like actress Anushka is setting a new standard for that. Keeping aside the fact that she is a complete package of beauty and oomph factor, Anushka did something more.
 
She has become a daredevil. Reports from Chennai reveal that Anushka who is working for a Tamil film titled ‘Alex Pandian’ did a breathtaking stunt. Unit members reveal that there is a scene wherein Anushka was expected to hang from a helicopter. Director Suraaj felt that is a high risk shot so he called in for a dupe in place of Anushka.
 
However, sources say when Anushka heard a whopping Rs 2 crores is being spent for those sequences, she didn’t want it to be fake and decided to do the stunt herself. It is heard that despite many warnings from all the unit members, Anushka put her foot down, did the daring stunt and came up with an excellent shot much to the delight of the team. We can see all this as the film is getting dubbed into Telugu as ‘Bad Boy’. Way to go Anushka!!

Charan Drives James Bond Car!!

The wedding of Ram Charan has happened grandly and while the celebrations are on, Charan received an awesome gift. This is the Aston Martin Vantage V8 car. The two seater sports car was gifted by Upasana's family to Charan as wedding gift.

It is heard that the car stole the major limelight and many were clicking pictures next to it. Later, it is heard that Cherry took Upsi for a small spin while the rest of the family members joined later.

Charan reportedly mentioned that he doesn't like expensive gifts but he could not say no to this as it came from his wife's family. Incidentally, the same model was driven by James Bond in the film Casino Royale. That way Charan has zipped miles ahead of his rivals Jr NTR and Allu Arjun

13 June 2012 - New Schedule Started The new schedule of SVSC has started at Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad. Few family scenes on the Mahesh and Venkatesh along with other lead cast of the film will be  canned in the schedule. A set was specially erected to shoot these scenes.

02 June 2012 - Music rights bagged by Aditya Music - The music rights of the SVSC are bagged by Adithya Music.

12 May 2012 - Currently SVSC film shooting is progressing at Ramoji Film City in Hyderabad. Now Film unit is canning the wedding scenes involved on Mahesh and Samantha. As per the sources, makers have spend around Rs 2 Crores to shoot wedding scenes.

03 May 2012 - As per the film makers SVSC has completed 40% of shooting part. Film makers are trying to increase the pace of shooting in order to reach the scheduled date of release i.e. on 28 September 2012. 12 March 2012 - Prakash Raj  Not Opted out: Dil Raju: Prakash Producer Dil Raju finally breaks the silence and informs to media that Prakash Raj is not opted out from the SVSC movie. He also says, the news circulated in media is false and Nazar is not replacing Prakash Raj's role. He added, in fact Prakash Raj is playing key role in the movie.

07 March 2012 - Nasser confirmed for Prakash Raj’s role in SVSC: Now the latest news is that, actor Nasser has been roped for the father role to the Venkatesh and Mahesh Babu in the film SVSC. Earlier makers considered Tamil actor Sathya Raj and Bollywood actor Anupam kher as replacement to Prakash Raj, but finally Nasser has been roped for that role.

06 March 2012 - Anupam Kher To Replace Prakash Raj In SVSC!: After the exit of Prakash Raj, Film makers are considering veteran Bollywood actor Anupam Kher's name. He would replace the Prakash Raj’s role in the film. If this is the case, Anupam Kher will be seen as father to Venkatesh and Mahesh Babu in the film. However nothing has been finalized yet and makers are still in talks with the actor. An official confirmation will be made once the makers finalizes the actor.

28 February 2012 - Prakash Raj opts out of SVSC: Actor Prakash Raj who was supposed to play as heroes father has opted out of the film. Sources also says that, Prakash Raj opted out due to opinion differences with producer Dil Raju. Now director Srikanth Addala is in search for suitable actor to replace Prakash Raj in the movie.

At present Mahesh is shooting for a TV commercial in Bangkok and after that will join SVSC sets.

Two days back, Pawan Kalyan has sent the delicious mangoes from his farm house to all the technicians who worked for Gabbar Singh stating that "Warm Greetings and delicious Mangoes for a memorable summer. From Pawan Kalyan." The art director of the film Brahmeswara Rao revealed this news by posting a pic in his twitter page @brahmakadali. He tweeted ," Power star sent mangoes from his own farm to each and every technician of "GS " & I got mine. ...Tq you very much sir.

However, the actor didn't mention anything about the film in the gifts.

Dil Raju Speaks about Mahesh Venkatesh's SVSC Story!

Speaking to a popular daily producer Dil Raju said that "Simple and Beautiful' is the tag line for SVSC'. This movie revolves around the relationship of brothers and their family. The story of the film looks like happenings in our daily life." He also added that the teaser of the movie is getting tremendious response from the audience.

On the other hand, the new schedule of SVSC has started at Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad. Few family scenes on the Mahesh and Venkatesh along with other lead cast of the film will be canned in the schedule. A set was specially erected to shoot these scenes.

Srikanth Addala is directing the movie. Samantha and Anjali are playing female leads. Prakash Raj, Jayasudha, Rohini, Rao Ramesh, Aahuthi Prasad, Brahmanandam, Ramaprabha, Tanikella bharani, Kota Srinivas Rao, Ravi Babu etc are playing other prominent roles in the film.

Dil Raju is producing the movie on Sri Venkateswara Creations. Sirish and Laxman are co-producers. Micky J Meyer is composing music for the film. Sirivennela Sitarama Sastry is the lyric writer.

Shahrukh Khan's Interest on Nagarjuna's 'Damarukam'

Actor Nagarjuna's first ever socio-fantasy film Damarukam under the direction of Srinivasa Reddy has completed it's entire shooting part. Currently film post-production works are under progress. Film makers are working hard to release the movie on July 6, 2012.

The socio-fantasy film has created lot of curiosity among the movie buffs. Now the latest buzz is Bollywood Superstar Shahrukh Khan is also very much interested in the film and he is reportedly eager to watch the film.

As per the buzz Shahrukh Khan expressed his interest in the remake of Damarukam in Hindi after learning the story line of film. Now, he is said to be waiting for the release of the film before he makes a final decision on remake.

Damarukam is made with a whooping budget of 35 crores, which is said to be highest budget movie till date in Nag’s career. Damarukam is said to have 50 minutes of graphics. According to sources, Nagarjuna plays an Auto Driver while Prakash Raj is playing as Lord Shiva. Both these movies are being readied to target two very different segments of the audience.

While SVSC is primarily targeted against family crowds, Sukumar’s film is being readied to entice students and young adults. He is also in talks with Boyapati Sreenu for a full length mass action masala entertainer. Dil Raju Attacks Mahesh and Puri !

Star producer Dil Raju has created a storm when he expressed unhappiness with the way things are progressing with regard to movie collections and records in the industry. The insiders in the industry feel that these are targeted at none other than Puri and Mahesh Babu. 

 

 

The ace producer said that declaring collections is a publicity stunt to lure the public and the collections of only a few movies are true and transparent. Dil Raju elucidates that we need a minimum of Rs.40 crores to complete a film with star hero, and it’s pretty tough to break even. So where’s the question of profit? We need to bring down the production cost.

 

Observers say, Dil Raju is the producer of  Mahesh Babu’s “Seethamma Vakilo Sirimalle Chettu”, these comments will affect the movie business as no buyer will come forward to buy the movie. 

 

Ram Is A Gentleman!

He was not give the remuneration he deserved for the movie Kandireega for which he seems to have had a strong fight with Bellamkonda and even for the movie ‘Eeto Vellipoindi Manasu’ he was taken as hero but instead the director Gautam Menon chose to shoot other versions instead of going ahead with shooting for his scenes which seems to be a waste of his time.

He walked up to Gautam Menon to declare that he will be leaving the movie due to certain problem and during both these times it seems Ram was right. He also seems to behave just like any young man in his real life instead of behaving like hero with loads of attitude, which is why there seems to be no rumors related to this hero.

Gabbar Singhs Silences Critics For Shruti

When she first made her debut in the film industry, critics wrote her off as a flop heroine and one who could not act at all. Being the legend Kamal Hassan’s daughter, Shruti worked her hardest and gave a stunning performance in the movie ‘3’ opposite national award winning actor Dhanush. Having silenced critics about her acting ability, she moved on to do the next.

She scored a massive hit with Gabbar Singh opposite Pawan Kalyan and proved herself to be a lucky charm for the producers impressing both critics and her dad in this regard. She is quite happy for Gabbar sing to have changed her fate, but strangely enough, she hasn’t signed a single project do far though six producers are in line to sign her up immediately.
